Usage environment and working conditions:
1. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 1000m, and the ambient temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃.
2. Operating environment, with a relative humidity of 100%, ranging from+40 ℃ to -25 ℃
3. This product is generally indoor, and the installation site should be clean and free of conductive dust, corrosive gases, and have good ventilation conditions. If installed in a basement or other poorly ventilated area, the issue of forced ventilation should be considered. This product requires approximately 3-4m3/min of ventilation for every 1KV loss (no-load loss+load loss).
4. When installing the product, it should generally be 800mm away from walls and other obstacles, and there should be a distance of 300mm between adjacent transformers. The above distance can be adjusted appropriately for distribution boxes and other situations where installation space is limited.
5. In general, transformers can be placed directly at the usage site and can be put into operation after installation and inspection. For situations with seismic and other special requirements, the foundation for installing transformers should be embedded with bolts and fixed with bolts and nuts.
Temperature display and temperature control system: This product can be equipped with a temperature display and temperature control system according to user requirements. Its function is to: (1) send an overload alarm signal and automatically display the temperature. (2) When the internal temperature of the coil exceeds the set limit of the signal thermometer, the fan can be started or stopped, the power supply can be tripped, and the transformer can be disconnected.
Cooling system: The cooling method is self cooling (AN). When self cooling, the output capacity is 100%, and when forced air circulation cooling (AF) is used, it can withstand long-term overload of 25% and short-term overload of 50%.
