    This product completely changes the rectangular planar structure of traditional amorphous alloy iron cores and creatively uses a three-dimensional coiled iron core structure. Due to the approximately circular cross-section of the product, its coil winding can be made into a circular coil, which greatly improves the anti sudden short circuit ability of amorphous alloy transformers. The amorphous alloy three-dimensional coil iron core product has a unit no-load loss value of ≤ 0.2W/kg under testing conditions of 1.3T magnetic field density and 50Hz frequency; Unit excitation power value ≤ 0.6VA/kg. Compared with the traditional four frame five column amorphous alloy iron core, the production efficiency of this product is increased by about 20%. Due to the compact structure of the amorphous alloy three-dimensional coil iron core, the symmetrical coil structure reduces stray magnetic fields; At the same time, the space leakage is small, reducing electromagnetic radiation. Therefore, the amorphous alloy three-dimensional wound iron core transformer is much stronger in competition than traditional amorphous alloy transformers.     Usage environment:
    1. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 1000m, and the ambient temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃.
    2. The usage environment has a relative humidity of 100% and a temperature range of+40 ℃ to -25 ℃.
    3. When installing the product, it should generally be 800mm away from walls and other obstacles, and there should be a distance of 300mm between adjacent transformers. The above distance can be adjusted appropriately for distribution boxes and other situations where installation space is limited.
    4. In general, transformers can be placed directly at the usage site and can be put into operation after installation and inspection. For situations with seismic and other special requirements, the foundation for installing transformers should be embedded with bolts and fixed with bolts and nuts.
