    Intelligent on load capacity regulating transformers can adjust their capacity according to the size of the load, reduce losses, improve the load factor of the transformer, save more electricity, make operation more convenient, and have a wider range of applications, especially for users with shorter change cycles.
    The intelligent on load capacity adjustment controller monitors the voltage and current on the low-voltage side of the transformer to determine the current load current. If the pre set capacity adjustment conditions are met, the controller sends a capacity adjustment command to the on load capacity adjustment switch. The on load capacity adjustment switch switches the capacity according to the capacity adjustment command, realizing the star and angle transformation, series and parallel transformation of the high and low voltage coils inside the transformer. In the excited state, the automatic capacity conversion of the transformer is completed. Complete the voltage regulation of the transformer in a non excited state.

    When the intelligent on load capacity regulating transformer is adjusted from a large capacity to a small capacity, the high-voltage winding changes from a delta connection to a star connection, and the phase voltage becomes one-third of the original root. The resistance value remains unchanged, and the current becomes one-third of the original root. The capacity P=U × I, so the capacity becomes one-third of the original. The low-voltage side increases the number of turns through a series resistor, and the increase in turns is equivalent to a multiple of the voltage decrease, thereby ensuring that the output voltage remains unchanged. By increasing the resistance value and changing the current while ensuring the voltage remains unchanged, a change in capacity is formed. Due to the increase in the number of turns on the low-voltage side, the magnetic flux density of the iron core decreases, resulting in a reduction in the unit loss of silicon steel sheets, as well as a decrease in no-load loss and no-load current, achieving the goal of reducing losses and saving energy.

    Usage environment:
    1. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 1000m, the ambient temperature shall not be higher than 40 ℃, not lower than -25 ℃, the highest daily average temperature shall be 30 ℃, and the highest annual average temperature shall be 20 ℃.
    2. Operating environment, relative humidity not exceeding 90% (ambient temperature 25 ℃)
    3. When installing the product, it should generally be 800mm away from walls and other obstacles, and there should be a distance of 300mm between adjacent transformers. The above distance can be adjusted appropriately for distribution boxes and other situations where installation space is limited.
    4. In general, transformers can be placed directly at the usage site and can be put into operation after installation and inspection. For situations with seismic and other special requirements, the foundation for installing transformers should be embedded with bolts and fixed with bolts and nuts.
